Your Choice of Suites
There are 1st and 2nd floor fully furnished one bedroom suites at the Residences. All suites have independent entrances with direct access to front and rear balconies from each suite. They all have mountain views and gated access to off road private parking on the premises. First and second floor suites will all have pool views (when completed), in suite washer and dryer, Internet TV and free Wi Fi.
The Garden Suites front a flowering garden and pleasant grassy area plus it’s own patio with a garden table. Each suite can be rented individually or as a connecting 2 bedroom suite that can easily sleep 8.
Prices of each suite range from US$85.00 - $130.00 depending on the season. Call or email for details.
First Floor Suites
First floor Suite, elegantly furnished with in suite W & D and work station. Front and rear balconies to enjoy the outdoor scenery.
Second Floor Suites
2nd floor suite. Amazing kitchen and living space plus work station. Spacious bathroom and extra large bedroom with elegant day bed. Comfortably sleeps 4.
Garden Level Suites
Garden level connecting suites. Rent as a one bedroom or walk thru to the 2nd suite to make it a 2 bedroom suite.
